Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.
International Shipping We currently do ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at customer@theeliteshop.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Holiday Season Shipping During peak holiday periods (including Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas), please expect shipping and processing delays beyond our standard timeframes.
